Responsibilities

• You will become a CRM specialist and help shape its further development.
• You automate and optimize processes using code, AI, and ML approaches.
• You analyze business cases and specify processes, applications, and interfaces.
• You establish standards for development and implementation and monitor compliance.
• As a technical contact person, you train and advise internal developers and configurators.

Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing education at a university or technical college.
• First experiences with CRM systems are an advantage, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite.
• Enjoy understanding complex business processes and simplifying them practically.
• Programming skills (e.g., TypeScript, Python, SQL, APIs, automation).
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and data-driven solutions.
• Independence, quick comprehension, structured work, and a sense of responsibility.
• Confident demeanor with business, IT, and internal partners.
