This role requires strong consulting foundations, a passion for networking and business development, experience in leading teams and a willingness to travel for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on strategic questions, including AI-enabled business models, data and AI strategy, governance, operating models and transformation priorities
- Structure complex business challenges, conduct market and competitor analysis, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Deliver cross-functional transformation engagements from initial hypothesis and strategy development through to roadmap design, implementation and benefits realisation
- Apply proven consulting frameworks and delivery methodologies, including operating model design, agile transformation and data and AI roadmapping
- Lead project workstreams and, depending on seniority, coach junior colleagues to ensure high-quality and collaborative delivery
- Contribute to business development and practice building by developing proposals, client offerings, thought leadership, benchmarks and reusable methodologies
- Travel internationally for client engagements, primarily across the UK and France
Requirements
- Master degree in Business, Economics or STEM from a leading institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, ideally in complex, regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, banking)
- Strong foundations in consulting: communication, facilitation of workshops and outcome-driven delivery
- Enthusiastic generalist with a sweet spot in future-oriented business strategies and technical knowledge
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and demonstrable habit of using AI tools and agents in your own daily work - for research, structuring, drafting, or prototyping - and the fluency to speak about it credibly with clients, not just in theory
- Advantageous: Expertise in data and/or AI strategy, governance and management, with the ability to structure and oversee large-scale initiatives
- Ability to lead, inspire and collaborate - with a drive to create impact for both clients and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (French is a strong plus)
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, particularly in the UK and France
