Data & AI - Business Process Consulting

What you'll bring

Bring your ability to independently evaluate industry and AI-driven technology trends, map complex business processes to solution requirements, advise on disruptive business innovation — including AI-enabled transformation — lead change management efforts, and implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and technological configurations. Comfort working alongside AI tools in day-to-day practice and a foundational understanding of agentic AI and AI-assisted automation are a plus. Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one local language (German, French, or Italian) are required.

What you'll build

You will independently evaluate industry and technology trends — including emerging AI capabilities — to introduce leading practices, map business processes to solution requirements utilising existing solution capabilities, support strategic and transition planning to align with business objectives, advise on disruptive business and AI-driven innovation, handle change management efforts including AI adoption, and implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and configure technological solutions. The role works with organisations to drive transformative change by translating customer visions into viable, AI-augmented solutions and advancing industry-leading practices.
