Join our Wealth Management Technology team and help build an intelligent recommendation engine capable of identifying the most relevant actions at the right time. You will work on a unique combination of software engineering, behavioral analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and prototype an intelligent ranking engine that helps users focus on the most impactful actions within a critical operational dashboard.
• Analyze historical user behavior and action completion patterns.
• Build recommendation and prioritization algorithms.
• Explore AI and LLM-based ranking approaches.
• Design backend services and user-facing features.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business experts.
• Validate the impact of recommendations in real operational scenarios.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's student in Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning or behavioral analytics.
• Good Java development skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
