Your Responsibilities

• You build data pipelines and data models with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric on Azure, thereby creating the foundation for modern AI and analytics solutions.
• You clarify requirements directly with our customers, ask the right questions, develop suitable solution architectures, and independently drive the implementation forward.
• You lead your AI agent team through development, testing, and documentation, distribute tasks purposefully, and ensure the quality of the results.
• You combine your engineering expertise with specialized AI agents and develop efficient workflows for our projects together with them.
• You make data usable for our customers with semantic models and reports in Power BI, thereby creating a reliable basis for analytics and AI.
• You introduce new AI tools and technologies into our daily work, experiment with new approaches, and continuously develop existing workflows.
• You support customers in German-speaking Switzerland and take responsibility for ensuring that technical solutions create real added value.

Your Qualifications

• Practical experience in Data Engineering with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, as well as solid SQL and Python skills.
• Solid Power BI knowledge, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• High degree of independence and strong ownership: You ask the right questions, make decisions, and bring topics to completion independently.
• Experience in direct customer contact and the ability to communicate technical contexts clearly and develop suitable solutions together with customers.
• A strong AI-first mindset: You think in agents and workflows, try out new tools, and critically question the results.
• Enjoy taking responsibility for a team of AI agents, orchestrating tasks meaningfully, and ensuring the quality of the overall result.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously engage with new AI, Azure, and Microsoft technologies.
• Willingness to support customers in German-speaking Switzerland on-site.
