Responsibilities

• Accompany customers from vision to implementation, with concrete AI use cases, roadmaps, and measurable results.
• Moderate workshops and discovery sessions to identify valuable AI agent scenarios along business priorities.
• Advise customers from various industries and design AI initiatives appropriate to the organization, framework conditions, and policies.
• Establish sustainable AI governance structures for Responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and platform governance.
• Train users in handling AI agents and create a secure understanding of governance guardrails.
• Coordinate stakeholders from IT, business, compliance, and management, and actively support change processes.
• Work closely with technical counterparts and be part of an ambitious, innovation-driven AI team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or customer-oriented roles in the field of digitalization or AI adoption.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, data protection, compliance, and access management.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex topics understandably.
• Ability to translate organizational requirements and framework conditions into pragmatic governance recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for AI, continuous learning, a value-oriented mindset, and very good German and English skills.
