Description

We are looking for a leadership role responsible for Digital Products, Software Architecture, UX/UI, and AI solutions. The position leads a small multidisciplinary team and drives the development of scalable, customer-focused digital products and AI-enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Software Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI Engineers
  • Define digital product and AI strategy aligned with business goals
  • Establish AI solution architecture standards and technology roadmaps
  • Drive innovation, modernization, and adoption of emerging AI technologies
  • Foster collaboration, engineering excellence, and talent development.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or digital product development.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience delivering complex software solutions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred:
    • Experience scaling digital product organizations and integrating AI into commercial products.
    • International and multidisciplinary collaboration experience.
    • Mentoring and coaching mindset
    • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude
  • English (C1) and as a plus German (B2) written and spoken
