Our Development area manages the core of Finnova, our core banking software. In the Technology cluster, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic personality as Product Owner AI Products for the agile Scrum team AI Products. In this key role, you will be responsible for the development of services with AI features for our standard products. You will analyze business requirements, identify and evaluate application possibilities for AI, and, together with our Product Management and an interdisciplinary Scrum team, transform them into marketable, seamlessly integrated solutions.

Tasks

• The development of services with AI features that integrate into our standard products and noticeably increase customer benefit
• The identification and evaluation of AI use cases along the processes and customer journey of our standard products
• A thorough business analysis: understanding processes, eliciting requirements, precisely specifying them, and converting them into clear backlog items
• The development of business cases and the weighing of benefits, effort, costs, and risks of AI features
• The maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog to maximize customer value and creation
• The technical leadership of a cross-functional Scrum team according to agile principles and the promotion of a culture of self-responsibility
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as the standard product teams
• Ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries in line with the product roadmap

Requirements

• With a completed higher education in business informatics, banking & finance or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience
• With a strong background in business analysis: requirements engineering, process analysis and modeling, as well as formulating user stories and acceptance criteria
• With proven experience as a Product Owner in agile software development projects
• With a profound understanding of AI/GenAI, its possibilities and limitations, and experience in practical application
• With banking specific know-how and understanding of standard products in core banking
• With a love for innovation, initiative, and the willingness to critically question and further develop existing processes
• With your excellent communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders, from customers and departments to software developers
