Senior AI Engineer / Architect, 80–100 %

What to expect

• You will develop production-ready AI applications and integrate them into our existing IT landscape.
• You will play a central role in our AI team and take the lead on technical questions.
• Together with the team, you will develop AI solutions for various areas of CONCORDIA.
• Our solutions range from chatbots to the use of AI in operational processes.
• You will work closely with other IT teams and Business Units on AI projects to find tailored solutions.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in software development and good Python skills.
• You are able to develop and containerize production-ready applications.
• You are familiar with common technologies and best practices such as FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD.
• You have experience in developing LLM-based applications.
• Experience with classical machine learning models is a plus.
• You are familiar with common cloud platforms; experience with Azure and Azure AI Services is a great advantage.
• You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders in IT and business.
• You can communicate your ideas clearly in German.
