- Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, adoption, scaling, and retirement.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI products and use cases that enhance efficiency, innovation, and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, AI specialists, data teams, IT, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Establish product management best practices, including governance, success metrics, value realization tracking, and portfolio management.
- Drive user adoption and change management activities to maximize the value and scalability of AI solutions across the organization.

- Significant experience in AI product management, digital product leadership, or technology-driven business transformation within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to take AI products from concept to implementation, driving adoption, scalability, and measurable business value.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and portfolio prioritization.
- Experience working across business, data, technology, and engineering teams, with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
