Account Executive | DACH | Automotive Aftersales AI SaaS

Description
- Own qualified opportunities across DACH from first conversation to signed contract.
- Convert partner-generated, webinar, event and inbound leads into paying customers.
- Run discovery with bodyshop managers, workshop owners, heads of operations and dealer group leadership.
- Understand customer workflows, planning challenges and capacity constraints, then translate them into a clear business case.
- Deliver product demos and sales presentations tailored to operational decision-makers.
- Manage stakeholders across single-site bodyshops, dealer groups and multi-site repair operators.
- Prepare proposals, handle commercial conversations and close new ARR.
- Manage your pipeline accurately in Pipedrive.
- Represent aspaara at selected customer meetings, partner events and trade fairs.
- Identify expansion opportunities across additional sites and business units.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience closing deals from first customer conversation to signed contract.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS closing role.
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
- Ability to manage a structured sales process with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to identify business pain, urgency and value.
- Confidence running demos and explaining software in a practical, customer-oriented way.
- Fluent German and English.
- Based in or able to work from Zurich, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 days per month for customers, partners and events.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into automotive, aftersales, workshops or dealer groups. This is helpful, but not required. We will support you in learning the market during your ramp.
