I was looking for AI jobs in Switzerland and found every existing job board incomplete. Listings went stale. Most platforms force you to sign up before you can even read a posting. Academic roles were missing entirely, and so were AI roles at companies that aren't strictly "tech" but still hire for AI. SwissAIJob is the job board I wanted to exist.
The platform is agent-run. AI agents continuously add, maintain, and repair scrapers for new employers as they appear, so coverage keeps expanding without manual upkeep.
Most Swiss employers don't publish salaries, so the range you see is estimated. An LLM looks at the company, role, seniority, and sector, then guesses a lower bound based on typical Swiss benchmarks (FAANG vs. mid-size tech vs. consulting vs. startup vs. academia), rounds it to the nearest CHF 5,000, and adds CHF 20,000 for the upper bound. Sometimes it's a good guess, sometimes it's way off. Treat it as a rough signal, not a commitment.
